Toulouse site

In 2023, i2S acquired Twiga, the world expert in video transmission and processing. As a result, the Toulouse site brings together electronic and software engineering, sales, production and administrative activities.

Pessac site

This site covers all engineering activities – optical, mechanical, electronic, software and industrial – as well as support functions (HR and Finance), administrative activities, sales, marketing and communication.

Cestas site

In this independent building in Cestas, i2S has complete control over the entire industrial and logistics chain for its products. The manufacturing is organized according to customers’ needs, as anticipated by the forecasts they communicate to us, on the basis of a logistics offer. The products are then stored and dispatched when required.

A multidisciplinary design office

Our design department gathered opticians, mechanics, electronics engineers, software engineers and experts in industrialization methods, dedicated to developing our range of underwater cameras and software to meet your needs.

A single manufacturing site in France

i2S wanted to have full control over the quality and availability of its products. The manufacturing is organized according to customers’ needs, anticipated by forecasts that they communicate to us, on the basis of a logistics offer. Products are then stored and dispatched when required.

The factory takes delivery of the components, with quality control by sampling or 100%, depending on the criticality of the components.

In the production area, the configuration of workstations is mobile and flexible, so that it is able to adjust to the production the schedule and produce runs ranging from a few dozen units to several thousand.

The site is also equipped with a clean room for the assembly of the optical module, the heart of the imaging system.

The after-sales area is located at the heart of the factory to facilitate exchanges between the customer support team and the production teams to analyze and repair the products sent back.
